Help for the isolated

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

It is in difficult times like the one our plant is going through at the moment that our sense of community and support to each other is at the most valuable.

The world pandemic is affecting all of us morally and physically. The suffering can be even greater for those already having a difficult time. As we have seen in China, isolation is key to slowing down the progress of this virus whilst our scientific community work out a cure. The isolation will hit us all but we need to support each other and more importantly the vulnerable.

In a quest to play my part in helping my community go through this hard time, I am putting myself forward to help the vulnerable or isolated people with essential requirements such as shopping, mailing or other support that can facilitate the daily challenge we face in this time of crisis.

So for anyone requiring help, please contact me via the Parish Office on 01782 215217 and I will arrange support.

Anyone wanting to join me to provide this support to our community can also contact me. Please note that during any support a safe distance will be respected to ensure the health and safety of both parties.

Many thanks, and may our Lord help up all through this hard time and protect us all.
