When these days  fall on a Saturday or a Monday, then the day is transferred to the nearest Sunday. This rule does not apply to Christmas Day.
Please note that other holy days, such as Ash Wednesday, Good Friday, the Immaculate Conception (December 8th) are not of obligation. In terms of mass times, Ash Wednesday is treated as if it were a Holy Day.
